Executive Director: Dr. Quentin J. Foley Jr., PhD
Operational Philosophy: Transport is different than all other problems that developing countries face. If a country gets richer, almost everything will improve, except the transport structure, which will only deteriorate -It creates an unlivable city. A project, such as the DolphinGroup cannot be realised by the traditional institutions of the city. I created an independent project team, which later became the DolphinGroup -A very small, independent company that has the flexibility and the highly qualified people that is necessary to make the DolphinGroup a reality. DolphinGroup with it's individual projects such as GoMidlands, and ThamesBlue have promoted a bit of a rennaissance. Everybody sees the DG as a good thing for the community -It has transformed life in the United Kingdom. It's saving citizens about 300 hours per year. Time that people now can have with their families, and friends. We just make sure we can maintain that
commitment.
